Where it is kept

Form submissions are processed by our website provider, Framer, and stored in our business email and our Google Workspace account.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as they are needed for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you the details we hold about you, to correct or delete them, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@hmnsystems.com and we will act on your request promptly.
